What to include in your first message
You do not need a plan. You just need four things, and with them we can usually send something genuinely useful the same day.
- When you want to travel, even approximately. A month is enough.
- Who is coming, including the ages of any children and anything about mobility or health we should plan around.
- Where, or the kind of trip you have in mind if you are not sure yet. Beach, mountains, city, rest, adventure.
- Roughly what you want to spend. This is the question people avoid and it is the most useful one. It is not about upselling; it decides whether we show you Krabi or the Maldives.
What happens next
We read it, and if anything is unclear we ask one or two short questions rather than a form. Then we send a written itinerary with the hotels named, a day-by-day outline, the transfers, and a price with inclusions and exclusions set out separately.
You change what you want. Most itineraries go through two or three versions, and none of that costs anything or commits you to anything. When you are happy with the plan on paper, we book. From then until you are home, you have our number for anything at all.
Working hours and response times
We are available Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 7.00pm. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are usually seen, and if you are travelling with us at the time we treat them as urgent regardless of the clock. On-trip support does not keep office hours.

How quickly will I get a reply?
During working hours, usually within an hour on WhatsApp. A full written itinerary normally reaches you the same day or the next morning, depending on how complex the trip is.
What information should I send in my first message?
Travel month, number of travellers and their ages, destination or rough idea, and an approximate budget. Those four things let us send something useful straight away instead of asking a round of questions first.
Can I visit your office in Coimbatore?
Yes, by appointment. Most of our planning happens over WhatsApp and phone because it is faster for everyone, but if you would rather sit down and go through it in person, tell us and we will arrange a time.
Do you charge for planning or quotations?
No. Itineraries and quotes are free and there is no obligation to book. We only earn when you travel with us.
